The screw which secures the battery case became warped. When we tried to replace the first battery we ever installed. The screw would just spin and spin but would not come out (yes we held it upside down), so the battery is stuck in purgatory. We will be buying a different brand tomorrow- tonight my child is falling asleep to a truly Terrifying rendition of twinkle twinkle little star as the battery slowly walks towards its demise. Never to see the light of day again

I do wish that the music played a little longer before you have to wind it up again. And that it had more song but it helps soothes my little one. Would recommend!
