Yes, it costs more than your usual lipstick-style stick. But it lasts way longer, doesn't feel waxy, doesn't look smeary on your face, and actually works to soften your lips! I love the feel of this all year 'round, but especially in the cold months. I buy them for my whole family, kids and adults. And I gave a few to co-workers. One friend was, in her words, "addicted to Chap-Stick" until I gave her this one. She loves it, now, too.

This lip balm has saved my chronically chapped lips! I have lips that are so dry they pretty much always raw and peeling. Nothing worked for me. I tried lip masks of all price ranges, exfoliating scrubs, regular chapstick, and MEDICATED LIP BALM. None of it has helped my lips the way this has. While it doesnt feel like anything special and the packaging is pretty basic, it helped my lips regain some health and they do not feel like they are raw and cracking anymore. It hydrates and softens like nothing else. I'm sure formulations work differently for different people, but if you have dry lips and nothing seems to work for you, this might be the one. It is a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way. I have seen other balms on the market that are expensive and don't work half as well.

I wanted to love this. As an avid aquaphor as lipgloss user I thought this would be a step up but I was wrong. It is the opposite of conditioning as it made my lips feel dry after only a few minutes. It did not feel comfortable on the lips, the consistency felt very strange and almost like a makeup primer. I would not recommend.

This lip balm IS MAGIC however it is EXTRMELY difficult to get out of the tube. I really hope when this becomes a bigger product we can get a better design.

Underrated and ACTUALLY works
This is so underrated and I wish more people knew about it. I only found it because ChatGPT put me on. I’m not sponsored or anything, but whoever made this is a genius. Most lip balms just trap whatever moisture you already have, which does nothing in winter when your lips are already dry. This one is different because it actually pulls water back into your lips and helps repair the barrier. It has ingredients like panthenol and madecassoside that calm, hydrate, and heal instead of just sitting on top. It’s also not greasy at all. It goes on almost matte with a tiny bit of grip so it feels like your lips are actually absorbing it, not sliding around. I wish I knew about this earlier because it fixed my cracked lips in a day.

not worth the money
for what it cost, the hydration did not last long enough and my lips did not feel any softer than before. youre better off with dr bronners lip balm or even blistex. the product was also really hard to squeeze out of the tube, making it difficult to put it on in the first place.

Best lip balm ever!
Literally the best lip balm I have ever used! I suffer from eczema on my lips. It's terrible. I use many other La Roche-Posay products so I thought I'd give it a try. With in 24 hours a lot of the pain had subsided. I have been prescribed a prescription product too by my dermatologist, but it wasn't doing it on it's own. Cicaplast helped so much!
