Excessive itching, sheding & burning after use
I remember using this product about five years ago and I thought I would give it a go, but unfortunately it’s not the same. After just two washes, my head itched like crazy, my hair would shed like crazy and my hair was dry & frizzy. I believe they changed some of the ingredients. My hair rarely reacts bad to any products but this was the first time I had a bad reaction to a hair product. I went to go return it. I wouldn’t recommend

Greasy
Everyone was raving about this line so I really wanted to love it, I haven’t really experienced any hair loss as others have stated but it makes my hair so greasy! Especially in the back of my head pretty much everywhere. I swear I rinse it out as well as I can, and my friend has the exact same issue. I just blew out my hair for the first time since using it and the whole back of it towards the scalp looks like it might as well still be wet. It just feels gross too.

Dryness, flakes & hair loss
I bought this due to a lot of people raving about it on tik tok. I bought a bundle that came with shampoo & conditioner, spent $20… safe to say I am disappointed with my experience. Firstly your hair looks shiny and nice when you first wash it and it dries, but i’ve noticed alot of white flakes coming out my hair, when I run my hands through it and shake, a lot of flakes came out. I think it’s drying out my hair, when it’s supposed to be doing the opposite & giving moisture? I’ve also noticed some hair loss so overall this was not a good product for my hair & I will no longer use it.

Horrible on your hair
Do not spend money on this!!! I’ve never had a shampoo that causes so much hair loss. On top of that, my hair has been so dry and brittle from this shampoo and conditioner. If my hair gets wet at all, it becomes a rats nest. I don’t normally stop using a product before I finish it but I’m doing that with this shampoo.

my hair smells AMAZING, i noticed a really big difference in shine as well. my hair is super soft and healthy looking. i’ve struggled with dead ends and non-shiny, dry AND greasy hair before and this shampoo AND conditioner did literal wonders. i recommend it to everyone i know!

Wanted to love, but experienced heavy hair loss
Wanted to love this! I have been issuing this exclusively for almost a year now. I loved that it was sulfate free and it smells great. My hair felt nice after using it too! However, I have been having excessive hair loss for awhile now and nothing is different in my life other than this shampoo and conditioner. I have never experienced hair loss before. On rare occasions when I use a hair tie, it feels like it’s half the amount of hair I used to have, so it’s very noticeable. I’m sadly switching immediately to try and save what I have left.

Back to the original formulation
They reformulated it back to the original that everyone loved many years ago! I bought it a few months ago and it made my hair greasy and head beyond itchy. The most recent bottle I bought this week has many of the harmful ingredients taken out and my hair was great after washing. The loreal website hasn’t been updated yet with the new formulation. I encourage you to give it a go again if you loved it before!

The Product formula has changed for the worse.
This used to be a good shampoo but the formula has changed. This "moisturizing" shampoo is actually drying my hair out. The consistency is very thin and the first time I used it, the shampoo just ran out of the tube I have used different types of Ever Pure shampoo and conditioner but I am switching to a new brand.

Loss of hair
Only worked with fixing my colored hair but I lost significant amount of hair. I stopped using it and have not noticed an amount of loss.

Disappointing new vegan formula - go back to cheap
Nee Vegan Formula: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have sensitive skin, used the original formula at least 12 years. My scalp never itched, I received compliments on texture and scent of my hair, including every time at the hair stylist. I used new Vegan formula a total 2 times (every other day), and scalp is crusty, itchy, just like with every cheap shampoo I stopped using 12+ years ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wasted hard-earned money with last purchase.

Do NOT use if you have curly hair
This stuff dried my scalp out so bad to the point where it was non stop itching and flaking. Ruined my curls. My hair felt stringy and dry after every use. I'm throwing the bottle away, wouldn't even donate the rest to a friend.

THICK FRIZZY HAIR
It tames my frizz!! If you have a lot of hair with a lot of frizz this is the best product you can buy. It tamed my frizz significantly. I used to buy expensive shampoo (the French brand of L’Oreal) and this literally gives me the same results. It’s great… poofs my hair down significantly and will be buying again. I notice a lot of comments are of people with thinner hair. If you have thick frizzy hair … lots of it too.. this will work wonders
