Bring back old formula! I have been a loyal user for over a decade. First it was the removal of fragrance which I could live with it thinking they’re trying to cut costs. But now a totally new formula no longer works. Doesn’t make my skin plump anymore. So sad. Why do you need to do this?

New formula sucks
Just bought this product thinking it was going to be the same cream I have been using for multiple years now but noticed big differences. The strong smell I noticed when I opened it and realized that it is not the same. The feeling the cream gave my skin after using it felt different and did not leave my skin feeling clean or moisturized. The results of using this cream have been making my skin break out and dry, which the old formula never did. Loreal messed up with changing this product with the new formula and after reading multiple reviews, I am sure me and plenty of more people will not be buying this anymore. It sucks that I have to find a new product but its better than using this horrible cream.

Why mess with a great product ? Not sure why corporations want to change something that is good. I hope someone in charge is reading all of these comments and listens to your loyal, long term customers. Bring back the old formula. Especially the smell. It is just awful now.

Bring back old formula
This new formula is awful. It’s sticky, thick and the smell is horrible even in the unscented variety. I was a faithful user of the old cream and now have to go on a hunt for a new collagen cream.

Whomever reformulated this should be fired
I have been a loyal user of this product for 20 years! I've told everyone that I use it and recommended it to so many people. I've always said it's the reason that I still look like I'm in my 40s even though I'm almost 60. But whatever you've done to this new formula is terrible! All of the other reviews that say this are correct. The scent is disgusting — smells like watermelon candy. And the formulation is not nearly as creamy as it used to be as others have said it now causes skin irritation where previously it sooth. I can only think that some "genius "within the organization decided to use cheaper ingredients and think we all wouldn't notice. It's really too bad that you took a product that was so excellent And had so many benefits for my skin and clearly had a huge following and you ruined it.

Horrible decision L’Oréal
Bought the “new formula” it caused so much irritation ( red rash, welts and massive burning) after just one application. From reading other reviews it’s a pretty common complaint. The scent and texture is awful too. Why would they change a product that was perfect for so many loyal customers? If the change was to save money or should I say make more money why not just raise the price of the original? I’m sure your loyal customers would much rather spend a little more versus having to find a new product and losing a lot of business.

The new formula is horrible! Please go back to the previous formula!!!! I have used the previous formula for years... It was my favorite moisturizer. I'm so sad L'oreal changed the formula. Everything is off, the smell, the feel, the results... It looks like everyone else who was a loyal user also agrees!

The old formula was much better.
I agree with many others here who have used this cream for many years. The previous cream was so cushiony on my skin and made it so soft. I used it about 5 minutes ago, and my face feels sticky. I don’t care for the new scent either.

New formula eye and skin irritatant
Used previous formula for years. It appeared to keep wrinkles away and skin clear. Unfortunately, the new formula contains something that irritates my skin an eyes. Why mess with a product that had such a huge following unless the new formula is less expensive to produce? It’s so very sad.
