Won't go on
I've tried spreading some on a paper towel first to make sure it isn't dried out, but whenever I try to put it on, none to very little of it actually goes on. I've never had this problem with the great eye liner I have from this brand. I don't understand it. The pencil core also rattles around in the plastic holder so it's even harder to get any of it exactly where I want it. I wish I had returned this instead of trying to make it work.
