Rotate the titanium barrel either right or left, and then recenter the iron with a single push of a button. If I could give this zero stars, I would. The clamp that’s supposed to hold the hair is way too short, so my hair either slips right out or gets completely tangled. Very frustrating to use. I ended up returning it.

I find it hard to use. The straightener brush I bought is still in the box. I tried it and found it very hard to use. Now I have 2 tools I'll probably never use. Sad, I have purchased many tools & products from you guys & loved them all. Can I return them?

The item itself works great, I deducted two stars because the clamp is so tiny and my tremor is such that it's a true struggle to use it. I didn't realize the size of the clamp was so short when I made my purchase.

Burnt my finger badly
Burnt my finger badly when trying to unclip the clip portion. Pulled my hair aggressively and when trying to stop it I almost burnt my forehead. Curls weren't that great and frizzed my hair at bottom. Worst curler I've ever used!
