High Quality

I have not used this whisk much, yet, since it was a Christmas present, but I am impressed with the quality for the price. II needed utensils I could use with me cast iron and stainless steel cookware, and this fits the bill. I saw a America's Test Kitchen video in which this whisk is recommended. It is easy to clean and has done a great job on the minimal amount of cooking I have done so far, but I can tell it will be a utensil that will get used quite a bit in my kitchen. Highly recommend!

Traverse whisk aerates quickly with less effort

This Traverse Whisk is a delight to use - less whipping motion for more air. I use this whisk in a flat back and forth motion and I get lots of air in my egg whites and even whipped cream. I have regular French whisks which I love but this flat whisk requires much less effort on my part and the results are terrific! I highly recommend this whisk.

Essential Flat Whisk

Love this flat whisk for fruit puree stirring and batters among other whisk uses. Once you have a flat whisk in your kitchen utensils you will wonder why you did not think of buying one sooner. We had a different style flat whisk and could not find a replacement and this fit our requirements.
