It is super light weight dressing taste for those who is a starter of weight loss journey this is a great start it has only 60 calories but it’s not the healthiest. However, when checking the ingredients I saw there were red bell peppers in the dressing. I have a strange intolerance to them and so I couldn't try this dressing. It is quite a shame.
