My new Kozyard pergola looks fantastic! My handyman was able to install it in about 6 hours ( with concrete footers). Some of the ends of the beams were bent upon arrival (reason for 4 stars not 5) but they were hammered out and the pergola was assembled--the bent areas are not noticeable.

So we ordered without seeing the pergola. But from other reviews we decided to get and believe me it was well worth it. My husband got it up in a day with little problems, had to redrill a couple holes. That same afternoon we had a strong thunder storm with high winds, and we hadn't had time to anchor it down.it didn't move at all.We are totally happy with it and have anchored since then.

So glad we made this purchase! Very sturdy and heavy !

We ordered this planning to put it up on 4th of July weekend, 5 of the 7 boxes came that week and 1 came the next week but part of the order went to Chicago When I live in Az! So we had to wait another week for it to be rerouted back to us.

This product was delivered and does not match the dimensions on the sizes posted on the website. I was not able to install with the irregular size and it cost me money I had to pay my installer for their time too. . I contacted the company for return and they never called me back as they stated they would, then they they sent me an email after I emailed them, they won't honor their return policy due to their quality error and they want to charge me to return the product Their website also states USA made product but the person on the phone spoke very poor English and I find it strange that every email I have received both during the order process and for this return has come during the middle of the night US time. I believe this is not a made in USA product . I would be wary to purchase from this company again ! Very poor service, business practice and quality !

Great product. Poor customer service and support line. Emailed,called and chat message sent pictures for two bent damaged louvers part H no assistance provided so i have a little leak due to damaged bent louvers (2)

Getting all of the correct pieces undamaged took a couple of weeks and was a huge headache so I took off a star for that. But once I got it up, it looked great and works great! This morning we had a storm with golf ball size hail that took out our roof, some chairs and our siding but the pergola is still standing. A lot of the louvered pieces are dented but the integrity is still strong and those pieces shouldn't be too difficult to replace. To say I'm impressed is an understatement.

Love this pergola so far! Really well made and shields water pretty well. Can not speak for long term but seems like it will withstand the weather. It is beautiful and looks more expensive than it is.

Plus, after some rain, my furniture stayed completely dry underneath. When we lost a few screws, customer support responded quickly and sent replacements right away. Highly recommend!

It makes the deck useable in the hot sun. There was a part that was not shipped but they got it to me asap. It was easy to put together. I get lots of compliments from the neighbors

We bought the white 12 x 16, which fit our deck perfectly. It is great looking, solid, and it is so nice to stay dry when it rains. We had our handy crew assemble it, which took 4 of them about half a day. Shipping was fast and on time and everything arrived together. Very pleased with this purchase.

We have talked about building a pergola for our deck since we built our house 3 years ago. We could not find the right thing for us.... Until we saw this one!! We wanted something maintenance-free that would fit in with the style of our house. The package was delivered quickly, with all parts included, and assembly went smoothly. It was a one-man job that went up with ease. The size measured as expected based on the specs. It took about 12 hours to assemble, but part of that time was spent making modifications to our deck. The louvers are so nice, as we can have shade when needed, but also have some sun when we want it. It is a bonus to be able to close one louvered side and leave the other open. It is quite windy at our house and it withstands the big gusts we have. We have closed the louvers on some rainy days and there have been a few spots that dripped thru... We have not taken the time to deal with the small leaks yet, as they are minor. We highly recommend this purgola to anyone wanting an easy to assemble, well made, maintenance-free structure!!!

I purchased this 12x14 louvred pergola about a year ago. We installed it with 2 friends who were more hands on than myself. It gave a very beautiful and classy look to my courtyard. I have a table with fire pit under the pergola. So, we can use the space day and night, shine or rain. Very happy with this setup.

We looked at many other pergolas and finally decided on this one. Thankful we did because it is very sturdy, easy to assemble and the louvers work great! We were pleasantly surprised that it truly does not leak either!

We wanted to build an outdoor oasis, and this was exactly what we needed! We were able to use this framework to put a bar and bathroom with seating and plenty of storage. This was easy to assemble with two people on the job. I love having the option to open or close the louvers. It allows for plenty of shade in the summer and great sun in the fall/spring. It was perfectly priced and delivered as promised. We highly recommend this for large or small spaces. It checks all of the boxes.

Easy to assemble and sturdier than I thought it would be! Great size and perfect for the backyard and provides plenty of shade. Exactly what we needed.

The structure went together fairly easily, and it looks great in our yard. Only taking off a star because we were sent the wrong directions, and the directions we found online were out of date so we struggled with how the parts were labeled, but after a while we figured it out. Our kit was missing one of the turbines, and two of the louvres were bent but I called their support line and they sent out replacements very quickly. The dogs very much like the addition to the back yard

Strong, sturdy and beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for to provide shade to my sunny backyard. The adjustable louvres on top were an ideal option to give me the best of both worlds: sunshine when I want it and shade when I need it and a dry space when it rains! It was easy to assemble and a good value for a high quality pergola! I just love it!! Would definitely buy it again.
