Great chairs!
I love these chairs. The instructions were very easy to follow, it took a few hours to assemble but was pretty straightforward. They are very comfortable, swivels nice. They are a little straight upright on the back, that's my only complaint. Also note they are counter height. Highly recommend.

screw holes do not align
the part B arm rests have holes which do not align with the seat holes. the order took 2 weeks to arrive. According to the Fed Ex tracking, it took 10 days for the shipment to go from the distribution point to the Fed Ex center......even though they are only4 miles apart. I have spoken with custom support and replacement arms will be sent to me. ETA 7 to 9 business days.

Looks Great -Need 2 to Assemble
Very solid and looks great! However, assembly is required for EVERYTHING! It took me and my husband 3 hours to put one chair together. When it came time to put the seat on the swivel/legs, the screws were too long for the swivel, and the nuts did not fit because they were too small. The directions were not well written. Luckily, my husband knows how to "fix" things!

Delivered without backs
The chairs came without the backs but customer service took care of the problem. I had the back within 3 days. The chairs are the right height, looks good, comfortable and the right price. Would have been a 5 star but had to wait for the backs to be delivered.

These stools look sharp for patio set ups either indoor or out. Assembly was relatively simple and necessary tools are provided. All four stools were assembled in a couple of hours. They look sharp, are the perfect height for our high top umbrella table poolside. The sit comfortably with a slight inconvenience of leaning slightly forward, but with a little observation and adjustment the seat can be attached as to put the lean towards the back. This issue is NOT addressed in the assembly instructions.

Comfy and sturdy counter, height barstools.
These barstools are super comfy, sturdy, and survive the windiest days without falling over. They swivel and they look amazing. They are counter height. So glad you got them back in stock. Putting them together is a challenge, but worth the effort by the time we got to our sixth one it was super easy. I love them.

Great for 6 months then chairs frames began to bend. No one more than 220 lbs ever sat in them. Now, can't use them. Paid over $300 for 2 chairs. Very expensive considering their lifespan and it looks like several others have had the same experience. Don't buy!

Excellent product, great value, fast shipping
This 2-pack of chairs was bought to serve as a contrasting pair to the other 4 outdoor counter height chairs and dining area that we already had. The powder coat finish was a close match to our existing chairs and the cushions an acceptable contrast. This was a great value purchase - the frame on these chairs are screwed together (but easy to assemble) vice our original chairs being welded but the look is identical and the price is about 25% of what we had otherwise paid. We did receive 3 bottom cushions and one back cushion but a quick email was all it took to get a replacement cushion for the back. The only thing we wish they had was individual height adjustments on the legs to compensate for uneven floors. Regardless - great product overall!

Good value for the Money
The only downside to these chairs is being made in China, but that being said, the chairs seem sturdy. Went together well and the company that sells them is here is USA, so any communication, etc is easy. I'm sure they'll last us for a good amount of years - are comfortable and seem like they will stand up to our weather. We had one issue with an arm not being made properly, but the customer service was excellent and had a new arm to us within a few days!

Comfy and Sturdy
These chairs are sturdy and comfy and i love that they're a shorter height than some...you don't have to hop up on them, just sit down (I'm 5.5) Assembly can be a long process as there are many parts, and different size screws (be care to use the appropriate screw where needed or you may have to buy more screws as not to have todisassemble the chair in search of said screws. We made 3 trips to the hardware store before getting screws that fit properly. Aside from our screw debacle the chairs are nice,, sturdy and comfy.
