too soon to tell
I have used this product for a couple of weeks. With fiber supplements I look for some impact on bms. Nothing significant good or bad at this point. I am taking Konica Root Glocomannan at the recommendation of Function Health lab results. I will test again in August. Perhaps a lab marker will indicate some impact. My experience would be better if a one dose measuring spoon had been included.

Great for weight loss
I use about 1/2 teaspoon a half hour before my meals and it curbs my appetite. I also find I don’t have cravings or feel shaky with less food. Great product! Also, stools are smooth and my skin is clearer.

Konjac root powder
I bought the Konjac root powder by Best Naturals to make my own konjac noodle. I tried 4-5 different recipes without success. The only difference from the youtube demonstrations and mine was the source of Konjac root powder. I am not sure how much Konjac root by Best Naturals is pure and genuine.

New product
I am having trouble using this effectively in powdered form. It’s much easier already made into rice or noodles. Some guidelines as to dosage and method of use would be helpful
