Stomach sleeping
If you are a stomach sleeper or getting an at home massage treatment then I definitely recommend this pillow. It keeps your spine at the proper alignment so you don’t get kinks. Just make sure the air hole front and center isn’t covered or you will have trouble breathing.

Genius idea!
This pillow is something I did not know existed until recently. I enjoy back massages but I hate the scrunched face and struggling to breathe. This pillow is the answer! The pillow is dual sided so you can pick the fabeic desired. It has a smaller half open pillow that attaches via velcro straps to the underside and has an open area for air circulation. The pillow is on the heavier side and it is bulky so make sure you have a place to put it between massages ans stretches.

Comfortable
The Kölbs face down pillow is super comfortable! The soft velvety side keeps you nice and warm while the silky side cools you off. I had surgery on my back and this has helped keep me comfortable during recovery. This has a removable cover that is machine washable. I just hang it to dry. You can use it with or without the wedge attached. They are held together with 4 velcro straps. This is a good buy even if you just want it for extra comfort during a massage.

High quality face down pillow!
This pillow is amazing! It is great for people who are recovering from my eye surgery but also can be used for people who sleep on their stomachs. This pillow can also be used for when you get a massage! The one side is a super soft plush velvet material and the other is a silky satin material. Both sides feel extremely luxurious. The wedge can be taken off if desired but it stays nicely secured with the Velcro attachments. The memory foam is high quality and doesn’t lose its shape. The cover is machine washable and it is easy to get on and off. This pillow is super comfortable and allows me to have a great night sleep. If you are looking for a super comfortable face down pillow, I highly recommend this one!

Great for massage, not for sleeping all night
The Kolbs Face Down Pillow is a great pillow if your partner gives you a massage, but I couldn’t sleep on it, maybe a nap, but not all night. It’s thick and a bit heavy, comes with an extra head attachment. The cover is removable to wash it. It also comes in handy doing certain stretch-workouts where the face would otherwise lay on the hard floor. It’s made of memory foam which will take a bit to bounce back after laying on it

Decent Pillow for Neck Support
So far so good as far as this pillow is concerned, though it will take a little bit longer for it to fully expand. The pillow arrives compressed in a smaller box and once you open the box and lay out the pillow it usually takes about 24 to 48 hours to fully expand. Pillow is double-sided and it comes with a velcro strap to hold the piece that is used to adjust the level of the pillow.
