motion sensor is a little quirky but it works when it works

We loved this faucet for our son who is handicapped. We have an Apple home house. So everything works with that. Kohler quit working with Apple Home in 2023. There suggestion was buy an Alexa. I have been holding out that they would switch to matter but nothing yet.

So disappointed in the overpriced sink. Touch less doesn’t work at all. There is a red light behind the white box under my sink. Not one mention of the red light in the 60 page Install guide. I’ve tuned it both ways and no sense. Garbage.

We had this professionally installed and after about a week, the water pressure seems to self regulate if the tap is turned up beyond halfway. Nothing more frustrating than trying to do do dishes or fill a Brita, only to have to constantly turn the water off and back one again a thousand times. Must be a design flaw with a pressure valve. Even the tap itself doesn’t feel as solidly built as our previous Kohler faucet which lasted 12 years before falling apart.

Great design and excellent quality. Everything works as advertised and feels solid to the touch. The sensor is a great add as you do not wet the counter or faucet when turning it on and off. The fit and finish are excellent. Would certainly recommend this faucet.

Very impressive motion sensor faucet in vibrant stainless becomes the signature mark of any kitchen sink. Works seamlessly with the mere waive of your hand. Water comes on at same pressure flow and temperature as previously utilized, then shuts off like magic with the same hand waive.

I really like the faucet. The arch is high, which makes it easier to wash large objects underneath. The touchless sensor works near flawlessly, and I haven't had any issues with it in the first month. The spray hose does seem overly snug within the faucet, which makes it a bit tedious to push the hose back into the faucet. It seems like the opening is just a bit too tight with all the cords and hose in the bottom part of the hose. Otherwise, if the hose operation was smoother, it would be a 5 star rating for me.

We absolutely love the Touchless Crue faucet. It keeps water from splashing behind the sink. We wish that we had bought this faucet years ago.

I work at a plumbing & heating co. I wanted to buy the California Faucets Poetto or the Grohe Concetto faucet. But I took the advice of our plumbers and chose Kohler because they say it's really durable. I hate this faucet. I have a ton of complaints. 1. The water pressure is terrible. 2. The Boost is barely more than regular spray. 3. YOU HAVE NO WATER IF THE POWER GOES OUT!!! 4. You cannot remove the restrictor to make the water flow stronger. 5. The braided hose is not metal, it's some kind of cheap black stuff. 6. Same for buttons, cheap black plastic. 7. The weight behind the braided hose is not strong enough to pull the head back into the dock when you are done using it, so you have to help the head back into place. In order to make it work, you have to adjust it so high up the hose that then the hose can't reach into the corners of the sink (which is really important when the power of the sprayer is garbage - we have the Kohler VAULT sink 33"). It's ok looking. But it's not beautiful. I see NO features that make this worth the price, or a good buy. Unfortunately, I have two, one for the prep sink and one for the main sink. I am trying to return them both. UGH.

The brass color of the faucet perfect matched the hardware in my kitchen. i was a little apprehensive about a touchless faucet just becausei know some can be testy and not work all the time but i havent had a single issue with this faucet. So happy i decided on this product and 10/10 recommend.

My whole family love the touchless feature of this faucet. You just waive your hand under the faucet and water will turn on automatically. It is great when you are washing dishes with soap all over your hands and you don’t need to touch the handle to turn it on. My daughter said it is the best thing in our new kitchen. I purchased the gold one. It is beautiful and very high quality. The pull out also works very well. We love the faucet.

I’ve had my faucet for a could of months now and I absolutely love it. Sometimes I’m surprised at how minimal a gesture I can get away when under the sensor to operate the faucet. When you’re in a groove with cooking/food prep or cleanup, the touchless faucet is a huge aid to keeping you rolling. Sounds silly—until you experience it. Zero regrets about this purchase. Do spend a few minutes with your installer thinking about where you’re going to mount the electronics under your sink—you’ve got hoses and AC going to this box as well as the pull-down sprayer hose that needs a clear path. My contractor wasn’t very careful about this but I was able to get it mostly resolved.

Easy to install, wonderful design, motion sensor works great, but unfortunately like so many other reviews, it is essentially a worthless hunk of metal when it comes to connecting with Alexa which was the main reason I bought it.

I love everything about this faucet but when the water is on, the pull down spray does not retract. I had a Moen pull down faucet for years and the spray hose retracted easily, even if the water was on. There's something wrong with the design of this faucet, because we have replaced it twice and they all do the same thing. It's very annoying that you can't get it to go back unless you shut the water off. Surprised with this design flaw. Kohler should do better.

Simple yet sophisticated faucet that lives up to the Kohler brand name

I am so disappointed with this Kohler Crue Faucet. We bought this faucet about 6 months ago and it has yet to function properly. We cannot get the voice activation technology to work, the faucet turns off intermittently when in use and the hose does not return without trying to guide it back in place. I reached out to Kohler support and they sent me a replacement hose and solenoid to fix the issue with the water turning off at random while in use. I had to call a plumber out to install these parts, costing me more out of pocket and Kohler would not reimburse me for this. After the plumber replaced the parts, it still didn't fix the issues! I was so excited about this faucet and it has been a major let down and huge expense. I paid a great deal more than your standard faucet price in order to have these extra features, but what's the point if none of these features actually work? I'm not one to leave reviews, but I felt it necessary as to make sure others are aware and don't have the same issues and frustration as I've had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been such a surprise on how much we love this faucet and its Touchless feature. I installed it myself and it was pretty easy. You just have to have an electric plug for it. We have found it saves water, saves getting greasy hand prints on the handle, etc. It is so easy! And the lifetime warranty is great as well.

We installed this faucet about a month ago. Following the directions it was a pretty easy install. It looks great (love the stainless steel)! And we have become quite dependent on the touch less feature that we initially did not even know we wanted and had only ordered because the one without this feature was out of stock.

I installed this faucet about 1 month ago. I love having a touchless feature and this is my 2nd try. I previously had a Moen, but that faucet went on & off on its own (it seemed like it was possessed). The Kohler faucet is excellent! The spray is great. The control I have is great. Would highly recommend this faucet!
