Works well and is exactly what we need in terms of size and flexibility.

We bought this faucet about 2.5 yrs ago. It has developed a leak at the swivel ball that attaches to the spray head and drips when in use. Even though it gets a lot of use, it seems a design flaw when parts need replacing this quickly, especially when we have older faucets that have never needed anything.

Works great. Quality is heavy duty. Looks beautiful. Would highly recommend.

For 1 year I owned the black TONE Pull-down kitchen sink faucet with 3 function sprayhead and it started leaking underneath the sink. it was a small drip so it could have been dripping for a while. the drip left a watermark in my cabinet, and the hose under the drip, from the quick connect to the supply line, was rusted. Having said that, I contacted Kohler thru a chat agent, and without question they sent the quick connect assembly and it arrived within 4 days. So the 4 stars is because that is less than ideal for a mechanism to breakdown within a year, but the repair was simple and the process was easy. THANK YOU!

As soon as the 1 year warranty was up, as others have stated, the water boost button has failed, stuck in down position. Do yourself a favor and go with another brand!! Seem's like these are designed to fail after one year!!!

Purchased this faucet a little over a month ago and love the clean lines and overall look and functions. Used the view in your space before purchasing it. Have used Kohler products previously and never been disappointed.

The touchless function never worked, despite all efforts of a very qualified installer. I didn't wan't to return it and kept using just with the manual lever which was ok for the first 6 months, then the situation just gets worse as time passes, now it is very difficult to fully close it, it keeps dripping and you have to bring the lever to a "fully closed" position very softly, otherwise it bounces back a little which is just enough for it to drip. I think that in 3 to 6mo it will be a useless piece of metal and electronics.

I purchased this model as a replacement to a competitor’s faucet after 20 years with the other brand. Three months in and I’m already unhappy. The water boost button has been stuck in position and not functioning properly. It’s working but not great and this is a nuisance as I now need to find a replacement and discuss with customer service. If it needs to be replaced and it will , now that adds additional costs to an already expensive item. It also shows every fingerprint and smudge - need to clean after use .

The original didn’t last 6 months before it began leaking from the base (luckily we had a rubber spill guard under the sink). The replacement has two issues: the first was minor in that the “boost” is stuck on….I prefer this anyways. The second is that the magnetic holder is loose and now the faucet is left dangling. This one didn’t make it a year.

Remodeled kitchen and went with Tone for kitchen and bar sink. Also purchased Tone accessories, knob and pulls, to match. Kohler soap dispenser also purchased. You can feel the quality in all the products. The sprays on the faucets are extremely functional. Love everything about Tone!

For over 30 plus years I only used Kohler products in my multiple houses. My recent purchases included a Kohler kitchen sink and the Tone faucet. Waited for the Tone faucet for over 75 days. Finally, after professional installation and a few weeks of use, it shows that it was not the best purchase. The spray head extends only 4" towards the sink ( even though there is a minimal gap between the sink and the base of the faucet) so basically, the working area to wash even a small glass is compromised. I am basically washing small objects almost against the back wall of the sink, not to mention spraying all over the counter. 7-13/16" is not enough for the spray head to be closer to the center of the sink, it basically is very close to the wall back wall of the sink. Disappointed for the very first time with the Kohler design.

I had to get a few parts at hardware store to complete due to the plumbing is original from the 1970's. We have a vintage porcelain sink and it actually looks and functions really well. Love it

The look is so elegant to me, the finish is just perfect for my kitchen. I love the black color, we have a black sink and it goes perfectly with it. The installation was so easy, only took about 30 minutes. The pull down handle is very smooth and the on and off handle is also smooth to use. The height of the faucet is perfect, its a little taller than my last kitchen faucet but I love the height much better. I can pull the handle out and fill my pot with water without holding them which to me is so great. When I have people over they all love the look of the new faucet. Great Kohler Faucet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet was a replacement for our kitchen sink. Love the matte black, it looks amazing with our black granite counter. The water flow is as you would expect. The spray feature is in more of a line than a circle shape which works really well for rinsing dishes. There is also a button to make the spray stronger to get off the really stuck on food. The beautiful, sleek design would work with almost any aesthetic and makes it easy to clean! I also have little kids and I LOVE that you can’t see their fingerprints all over this matte black color. Directions for installation were also very clear. I’ve never installed a faucet before and was able to do this in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product.

I am not a licensed plumber but I do a lot of DIY projects.This was the easiest replacement I’ve ever done.It took less than an hour start to finish.Next,the features I LOVE are the 3 function buttons that switch from stream to aerate and the round button is boast for faster filling .The pull down spout has a strong magnetic docking which prevents hanging. Last is design , I have tall big pots the high arch spout leaves plenty of room to clean or fill pots . The spout also swivels, awesome ! Although the Matte black color and style calls for a more modern minimalist kitchen, I found the color and design was warm enough to fit in my Mediterranean design house. I highly recommend due to quality, design and features .
