Great scooper
I was in store and tried the OXO and this kitchen aid - OXO I tried a few and all of them got stuck and would not swivel - tried a few of the kitchen aid and all of the swivel back and forth and I knew that this one would work the best for cookie making and just in general for baking. Excellent scooper and mine works like a charm!!!!

I wish I had bought this KitchenAid cookie scoop years ago. No more 2nd quessing if a spoonful of dough is too much or too little. It's the perfect size for perfectly medium cookies. It was easy to use. Plus it's made by KitchenAid and comes with a lifetime warranty. I suggest you keep your receipt along with the packaging for proof of purchase. KitchenAid replaced a can opener I previously purchased. I contacted them by phone and in less than a week I received a new can opener.

Don't waste your money on this
This is the worst cookie scoop ever. If I still had the recipe I would return it but it's been sitting in my drawer waiting for use. It doesn't scoop, dormant release and the dough sticks inside so you only get partial scoops. Awful.

Do not order
I have the same issues others note here. The part the moves gets of track and doesn't work. At first it was after every so many scoops, now every scoop. Save your money and get a different brand.

Don't Buy It
