Conflicting Return Information
I never expected to need to return, because I bought a similar-looking item from the same seller, and it was perfect, comfortable, and fit well. I assumed this would be the same, but no! It's not lightweight at all, the colors are nowhere near what was represented (I know tie-dye has variations, but this was not on the same color pallate at all), and SURPRISE, when I tried to return, it was a lengthy process at the customer service desk, because while the item description says it can be returned to any Target store, when I got there, it was registering as ineligible for return. Weird, because I bought another shirt, from the same seller, at the same time (it even arrived in the same envelope) and it was eligible for return. I should have known something was fishy when the seller included a return address label, that would have sent it directly to them and deducted a $10.99 fee from the refund balance.
