Downgraded
These are a major downgrade from the prior Chocolate Chunk healthy grains bars. While still better than the newer flavors, the chocolate tastes artificial. I dont know what was Kind's motivation to make the change, but its not an improvement.

These are trash
I was a big time fan of the red box Dark Chocolate Chunk Healthy Grains, and the Vanilla Blueberry. I guess they discontinued those and replaced with these. These are AWFUL. So disgusting I threw them out. Tastes like old syrup bars. Too sweet. Something off about them. And they are now LESS HEALTHY than the previous version. What is KIND thinking? Will have to switch to a different brand.

I love the flavor of these bars but they make such a mess. It crumbles anywhere to the point where it is not worth buying them.

Long-time buyer of the former Health Grains Dark Chocolate Chunk (red wrapper) bars. I eat 2 of these as snacks EVERY DAY...ok, I like them. ;) Very sad to see these seem to be going away and replaced with the "Energy" version. It does not taste nearly as good. Lacks the dark chocolate flavor and is too sweet. The blue wrapper "energy" version is simply (and sadly) not as good. PLEASE RECONSIDER this and keep making the RED ONES!!! Thank you :)

Not good

Bring back the other Energy bars line, please!
I bought these after Kind seemingly discontinued the other Energy bar line. I assumed (more so prayed) these were going to be equivalent, or better, as I have been eating the others for YEARS, every single day. Sadly, these are nowhere near as good, and I’m not super picky when it comes to granola bars. They’re not filling, I had maybe 1 chocolate chunk in the first one I ate, and they lacked taste in general. Disappointed is an understatement, and this is coming from a very loyal Kind customer. We buy SO many different bars between all of us in my family, and the previous energy line was my every day breakfast, sometimes lunch, and often snack. These will be going in my snack bin for students while I look for another brand to find something similar to the good stuff they just discontinued.

Obsessed!
These are my new obsession! I’m gluten free and soy free (allergy, I can have soy lecithin) and finding good snacks is a challenge. Love the taste and texture. Much better than a normal granola bar.

They changed the packaging on these bars, and must have changed the recipe too because they are much “faker” tasting (and have more calories per bar 👎🏻). Also, last month, a box of 15 used to be 8.89 and now this box of 10 is 8.99. Not cool.

Felt like it needed something else like fruit either you know raisins or dried cherries or coconut shavings something that provides that chew. It can even be something not wise but that is not too too crunchy more like adding some cashews.

It was difficult to eat as an on-the-go snack as it took both hands. It did not stay together as a bar but crumbled and had to be eaten in bits and pieces.
