Broke on first cast
This pole broke literally on the first cast the interior reel fell apart and went into the water. My daughter was very upset as we travelled an hour to get to the fishing spot and then no more fishing - the day was ruined.

Buying another for my daughter!
We have used this rod at least 2 dozen times now with no issues at all! I love how small it can get so we can easily throw it in a bike basket! We’re buying another for my daughter :)

Waste of time and money
I would give 0 stars if I could. This fishing pole broke within the first 5 mins of using it. Does not withstand any tension despite adjusting the tension to the max. Would not reel, fishing line got caught within the screw on top of the internal component multiple times. I took this reel apart so many times to fix and untangle it. I ended up throwing the whole thing away.
