Kids’ measuring guide

Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Have your child stand in front of the fridge.Mark the top of the head with a magnet. Measure a straight line from floor to magnet.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

So soft!

These kids pajamas/thermals/long underwear are so soft and cozy! They’re not too thick though, and fit true to size. My daughter says they’re very comfortable! The muted pink/coral color is nice and different.

My Daughter Loves these

This review is for the kickoff girls cozy lounge pajama set. As soon as my daughter opened this up she was in love. To say these are so soft is an understatement. She loves wearing them and constantly asks when they are out of the wash if she has to put them in there. My daughter is 9 and fairly tall, she typically wears a 10/12, but we got her a size 14 and they fit pretty well- something to keep in mind. Overall- I highly recommend these!

Comfy pjs that are great quality

These kickoff girls cozy loungewear pajamas are so cute! My daughter loves the grayish blue color and the fabric is incredibly soft. The pajamas are very nice quality and the packing that everything comes in is top tier. The fit seems accurate. My daughter wears a size ten, and the ones I got her are a size 14. They’re slightly loose in the waist, which indicates they’re true to size.
