Taste was good but definitely not 4 servings. Maybe 2 good servings in my opinion. The bag I got was mostly cauliflower with maybe 3 pieces of broccoli.

Great taste, nutritious, and easy to prepare
This is really good - huge pieces of broccoli and cauliflower and ample tender chicken breast pieces. The sauce is very tasty and soy free. Cooked up in ten minutes while I made rice. I think it's as good a restaurant Chinese food and so fast and easy. Pay attention to the serving size, though - it is not 4 dinner size servings, in my opinion, unless you are having other things with it. Add rice and you can get 3 fair sized servings or two large servings. It's expensive (currently $15) but watch for sales.
