Beware of expiration dates
I purchased two bags of barbecue kettle chips on May 11, 2024. When I got home I had realized that one of the bag of chips expired in February 2024. This bag of chips had been expired for 3 months sitting on the shelf. Luckily the second bag of chips doesn’t expired until July 2024. Beware and always double check the expiration dates when purchasing food from target as the items may be expired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did have a BBQ taste but not one that I liked. It was a smoky BBQ flavor but it left a weird aftertaste after every chip that I ate. I still couldn't stop eating them though, so while they're not terrible, they're not exactly amazing either. They're not too salty however compared to other BBQ chips and they have a baked feel to them too, very crunchy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about bringing the BBQ to you in a bag. That is exactly how I describe it, fresh BBQ taste. How they did it I have no idea, but these are actually pretty good! Got a nice crunch to it, then the explosion of barbecue flavor in your mouth. You definitely cannot just eat one. Most Barbecue chips end up being to spicy or sweet, or no taste at all. Not these, it has the perfect balance while being a healthier choice. Kettle cooked chips are way better for you than the greasy potato chips out there. That give you heart burn immediately. No heartburn from these which for me is epic. I always get heartburn, I know that don't matter but I had to put it out there. Overall I am very pleased with these Kettle Brand Backyard Barbeque chips. I definitely think everyone should try them and base your own opinion. You will not regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are thick, heavily seasoned, have a nice snap crunch and made with quality ingredients. I like that they are all natural and are cooked with the peel on them. At least they are more nutritional than most chips. This is a chip that satisfies my craving for a crisp, moderately salty (sea salt) and a great lingering potato after taste. The taste is full flavored and just delicious.
