Extremely Disappointed – Not What I Expected from
I completely agree with another negative review — this conditioner was a huge letdown. I’ve been a loyal Kérastase user for years and have always trusted the brand for my long hair. I purchased this product expecting it to detangle and soften my hair, but it did the exact opposite. For the first time ever, I ended up with serious knots and lost more hair than usual while brushing. My hair felt waxy and tangled after washing — not what you expect from a premium product. I was really looking forward to smooth, manageable hair, but instead, I was shocked by the poor results. Kérastase has always been my go-to for hair care, so I’m genuinely surprised and disappointed by the quality of this conditioner. Unfortunately, I won’t be repurchasing this one.

I purchased this being told it would be amazing and I was really disappointed 😞 I have wavy/curly hair and it made my hair feel gross and straw like I wouldn't recommend at all

Very Happy Customer

Best For dry hair
This range saved my daughter’s hair.My daughter had dry hair,dere was no softness in her hair.After using this range her hair looks healthy and soft .Both Shampoo and conditioner works perfectly for dry hair.I highly recommend this range to anyone who have dry straw hair.Jus buy it

Product doesn't do what it claims - left hair dry.
Purchased this thinking it would be somewhat similar to previous formula but unfortunately this left my hair dry and brittle. This combined with the Bain Satin shampoo new formula left my hair in poor condition. My hair was in perfect condition before. My hair started tangling and it got very dry and brittle. My hair hasn't quite recovered since stopping use and now I'll need a big haircut. I would only recommend this to my worst enemy.

Not What I Expected
This product is only meant to be used on your lengths and ends, unlike a lot of conditioners. You have to use a lot of product for it to work effectively, meaning you do not get many washes out of it, unfortunately.

An old favourite of mine. Great if you have a lot of dense hair but the individual strands are fine and a bit course, doesn't weigh the hair down. The scent is divine the cost is excruciating 😆😆. But worth it😎

Major disappointment
I recently tried the new formula of this conditioner, and I have to say it's a major disappointment. I would not recommend this conditioner anymore. I hope they reconsider their decision and bring back the old formula that worked so well. I wish I could get my money back

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is absolutely amazing, normally i can't get a brush through my hair and after using this conditioner the brush went straight through not only that it leaves your hair looking incredibly healthy and shiny. My hair felt like silk to touch I am definitely keeping this in my beauty routine.
