  • A: 700c is the rim diameter. It is actually closer to a 29" wheel. At 5'3" this bike would be big for you. You would be better off with a 26" or 27.5" wheeled bike.

Poor workmanship

There was not much to like about my experience with Kent bikes. First they sent me the wrong bike and when I received the second bike I was unable to put it together because they installed the fork backwards. I returned the bike and would never do business with them again.

Great value!

Very comfortable to ride. Not too tall for me at 5'4. The color is definitely not red, more of a metallic dark pink, which disappointed me a little. Easy to assemble, I did it myself. Light enough for me to lift onto and off of my suv bike rack. Seat is a little rigid so padding is a must. Felt great riding on a paved trail!

Poor Shipping and Packing

Bike arrived in a damaged shipping box with another stores label on it. Bike it self had damage to the frame and lettering.

Damaged

It arrived with scratches all over it. Also, it is not red. It is very pink. Assembly wasn't too hard but required some tools and Google searches. I've only ridden around the block once but I love the look of the bike. I will update when it warms up and I get a chance to ride.

Ordered bike twice. Arrived damaged both times

My biggest complaint is with the packaging and delivery. I ordered this bike twice. The first time I ordered this bike it arrived damaged inside the box. The box had holes in it which caused the bike to have numerous scratches. I returned the bike and ordered another. When it arrived, the box had been damaged and taped back together. The bike has a scratch on it.
