Poor delivery service

I'm received my package today and product is alright but the delivery was terrible. I m elderly and use a walker and they were to put my package on my front porch but instead they set it on the lowest step of my porch and I could not reach it at all and had to have my neighbor bring it in to my house because I can't go up & down on stairs plus there was also snow on the steps and porch. I recommend the products but the delivery definitely needs improvement as not everyone is and I'm not young anymore!!!!
