Hard to put together

This chair is pretty but it was so difficult put together. Holes for bolts were not aligned and some of the holes were filled with paint so bolt would not go in. Husband had to use his own long screws to attach legs which in turn cracked the wood. It's hidden at the back so will keep it but not happy with it.
