    This is my celiac son's favorite white bread, and I order cases during the shattered year. This time one loaf was basically shattered and unusable but that's the first time it's happened in two years of us ordering cases.

    Perfect Size for a Small Sandwich

    I decided to put this white bread on auto delivery since my dad, who is the celiac of the family, enjoys making a small sandwich from time-to-time. The bread has a good taste (tastes fresh baked) and holds up well to all his toppings. Also perfect for french toast! My only reason for not giving 5-stars is because of how some of the loaves arrive. Two loaves came with most of the top crust separated from the bread, and another loaf had a large whole in the middle. I used those for breadcrumbs, so no waste, but sandwiches could not be made with those loaves.

    The bread crumbles and falls to pieces as soon as you touch it. It was able to salvage 3 pieces out of the loaf. The taste is good, better than other GF bread I have tried.

    The bread is not what I was expecting. I love the other products that Katz sells but since the bread is made this way I won't be buying that again and can't recommend it.

    I have tried most, if not all, of the gluten free breads on the market. This one was by far the best. Not dry and crumbly like others. I have finally found my bread.

    Wonderful!

    I have always loved Katz products. They are by far the best GF bakery goods products out there. The best thing that separates them is that they are so fresh and moist no matter when you thaw them to eat them. Other products taste stale and so dry. It makes you hate the fact you paid a fortune for the GF feature on those. This white bread definitely tastes just as great as their other products and I recommend anyone on the fence to try. I wish there were more in store Katz products, but hey they are still accessible so I am glad for that!
