All Hype, No Substance
There was nothing special about this pizza. It is technically a white pizza with no sauce, which was not advertised. It was extremely oily and would have benefited from the balance of an acidic tomato sauce. The crust, which is supposed to be the standout feature, missed the mark. It was too crunchy to work as a frozen pizza, but too chewy to pass as a good restaurant pizza. For the small size and high price, there was no reason to buy this again.

Delicious!
I was pleasantly surprised to see a frozen pizza option like this at Target... My husband and I both enjoyed it! Much better than the typcial frozen pizzas. And the price isn't bad either!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Katie’s Pepperoni Stracciatella Frozen Pizza might be one of the best frozen pizzas I’ve tried in a long time. The crust bakes up perfectly—crispy on the outside with a soft, chewy center that doesn’t get soggy, even with all the cheese. The pepperoni actually has flavor (not that bland, paper-thin kind you get in a lot of frozen pizzas), and the stracciatella on top is the real star. It melts into this creamy layer that makes the whole pizza feel like something you’d get at a restaurant. The balance of salty, creamy, and slightly tangy is chef’s kiss. It cooks evenly, smells amazing coming out of the oven, and honestly tastes way more premium than the price. My only note is I wish the pizza was a little bigger because it disappears fast in my house. Would I recommend it? 100%. If you’re looking for an elevated frozen pizza that feels artisanal without the high price tag, this one deserves a spot in your freezer.

Our favorite frozen pizzas
I visited Katie’s earlier this year in St. Louis before they launched into targets and was a huge fan- super happy to be able to get her pizzas anytime! We are big fans of the pepperoni and marg. Big bonus is the ingredients are clean no seed oils and no junk!

There is almost no cheese on the pizza. There is no sauce. The crust is both soggy, chewy, and too hard. All at the same time. Quality ingredients. The middle is soggy. The edges are too hard. The middle was chewy. I wouldn't buy it again unless it was on sale. Jesus loves you.

This is truly one of the best pepperoni pizzas I've had anywhere, both in restaurants and as frozen. The artisan crust is thin and tasty, and the pepperonis absolutely make the pizza. There is no pizza sauce but there is some flavor. However I did notice the ‘black tar’ like color baked into the crust which my son was completely turned off by, I could go to Blaze pizza and get a build your own pizza for same price. Won’t be purchasing again
