liked design and easy assembly. the only problem was one of the mounting screw holes was drillid too large and I had to buy a 10-32 tap and screw to fix the problem.

The lamps are well made and add touch of craftsman style to our home. They are larger than I thought they would be!

We bought 4 of these more than 12 years ago, and have loved them the whole time. We painted the posts a deep brown after the San Diego sun beat faded them a bit, but they have not rusted at all. With the new paint coat, they look great again. We didn't paint the top part. We also replaced the bulbs with regular white, orange (for Halloween) and blue (Holidays) LED and haven't had a problem with any of them. A neighbor cut down a tree that landed on top of one of them, so now we need to replace just the top part. We're loving these so much that we hope that we can just buy a single top part to put back on the pole that we have mounted in cement. We strongly encourage anyone wanting a long-lasting, trouble-free light to consider these.
