Damaged upon arrival
The chair is very comfortable, and feels sturdy, but it was damaged in the box. The damage was comsmetic in some places but some of the metal bars were also bent. Since it's for larger people, any structual damage could reduce the efficacy of the product. To get a refund, I had to rebox, then take to a pick up location. It is a larger box, and not easy to handle. Getting the chair out of the box made for more damage to the box, so made it harder to rebox for shipping.

Cheaply made!
I bought this this March and haven’t used it in a month and as I was sitting in it, I fell right through!! Haven’t even had this chair for half a year and it broke. Never have I had this happen. I will never be purchasing from this company again. For what it cost, it should be made better. Despicable.

Came in damaged
The chair came in a busted box with scratches and a dent on the arm rest. Looks like it was used and returned and resold. Very comfortable chair, a bit clunky to take to the beach…a strap would have been a good idea, along with cup holder and arm pocket. No where to place your items.

Poor quality - avoid!
I bought these in anticipation of using them all summer. Took them out to the beach today for the first time and was SO disappointed. As others have reported, these are LOW quality and basically junk: the locking mechanism is a piece of plastic that doesn’t work, so the chair won’t stay folded for carrying, nor will it stay in place once you are seated in it. The stitching is uneven and poorly done, too. Honestly only the metal seems like it is of any quality…but of course that makes the chair heavy. Heavy, unfolds constantly, and uncomfortable…avoid this item and buy something else!

Doesnt lock but is a great chair
Does exactly as stated except it doesn’t lock. If you lay all the way back, it doesn’t push forward so the no locking isn’t really a problem. Just received it so so far so good...

Great chair
Chair is well made, good quality, not very heavy to carry, and very comfortable. Love all the positions it can be set on especially on the recline position. I’m 5’3” and it is very roomy. Love this chair! Very happy with my purchase.

Would Not Recommend
The concept is awesome for this chair. However the arms are worn off, scratched and dented and it doesn't come in plastic wrap making it look used and damaged. In addition, when you go to return this item you get 1 return label for multiple chairs.. What a project returning it.

Awful
Terrible! Very disappointing! They were used chairs with scratches and dents everywhere. One of them looked like a cat used it as a scratching post. They weren’t wrapped, just folded and shoved into a box and sold as new-horrible!
