Cute except for one page

I bought this book for my son as he is going to be a big brother soon. I thought all the pages were very cute except for one in which it referenced playing “cowboys and Indians” which I get was somewhat more politically correct at the time of publishing, but not something I am super thrilled to have to read to my 3yo. I was kind of surprised it had not been reprinted with something a bit more socially acceptable in this day and age. Not a huge deal, but I am going to return it.
