Arrived missing critical parts
1. inadequate packaging - the unit weights over 100 lbs and is packed in just cardboard. the packaging barely survived the trip and looked as though either a) I received a previously opened and returned unit or b) it broke open at some point in the journey and was taped back up. 2. possibly because of 1) above, it arrived missing ALL of the the post caps and ALL of the post couplers. This made it impossible to assemble as designed. Fortunately it will be used on a rough concrete floor so I can live without the end caps. Unfortunately I had to cobble it together using some of the shelf rails in place of the post couplers locking one shelf in the exact middle of the unit. This means I can't fit some of the taller items I had intended to store on the bottom shelf. The included instructions helpfully provide an email address and a website to use if it arrives damaged or missing some parts. Unfortunately, the website doesn't exist ('Something went wrong' / 'The store in unavailable' error page). I recevied no response to my email. If I time had not been a factor, I would have returned for a refund and purchased a different item. Because I couldn't wait another week, I am left with a questionably stable unit that doesn't fit the items it was intended to store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We set up this shelf in our basement as a place to stack some bins and get things off the floor. The set up was relatively straightforward, we messed around with the spacing of the shelves since you couldn’t put the shelves on the couplings. The shelf seems sturdy enough but not the strongest.

Parts don't align very well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The storage unit arrived in a compact box with all the parts, except for the rubber hammer. You can assemble it yourself, the instructions are pretty straightforward. However, some beams did not align perfectly even when following the instructions. It was frustrating to see the beams already installed come apart when hammaring the remaining parts. The shelves do seem sturdy and are able to hold a significant weight - bins full of dishes and tools. Overall a good storage solution except for misaligned assembly

Really good quality sturdy shelf unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good quality sturdy shelf unit that will last. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and assembly took about 15-20 minutes for one person. No tools necessary but we did use a rubber mallet to set the ends. This can be assembled as one large unit(see pictures) or two smaller units. We are very happy with this product.

Easy to assemble but would only consider purchasing if I had alot of light weight items that I needed shelve space for.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very easy to assemble, but the end caps are very thin, cut through the end when placing on corner post with rubber mallet. Boards for shelves were warped when removed from the box. Added carriage bolts to side post couplers for added support so posts won't separate.
