Description

Judees Dried Xanthan gum powder and starch is gluten free and can substitute cornstarch or agar agar in dough or batter recipes. This powdered product is great to prepare keto food and should be part of your kitchen and pantry staples. Thicken your own browning sauce or fluff up your corn bread and keto muffins. Great to add in your keto pizza dough crust or other keto bakes. It can substitute corn starch or flour when cooking and thickening pasta sauce or gravy. Using this in vegan and keto ice cream recipes will and work as a ice cream stabilizer.
