Please don’t buy any bikes from target through a third party. I’ve been lied to three times or given misinformation. I bought this bike for my 2 yr old granddaughter for Christmas that I paid almost 200 dollars for. Now there telling me it’s been over 30 days they can’t do anything. I talked to David in guest relations who was rude, nasty and hung up on me. The lady before David got on the call told me they would refund me. This is awful! I guess he’s mad because she told me they would refund me, which they should! Target should issue me a courtesy gift card in that amount for all the misinformation.

Wheel broken

The bike is great but one of the wheels came completely damaged and we couldn’t use it. We didn’t find out until we had the rest of the bike put together.

Missing Pieces

I had a very disappointing experience with Joystar bikes. I purchased two bikes as Christmas gifts for a total of $333, but both arrived with missing pieces. When I reached out to Target for assistance, they informed me that they couldn’t help because Joystar is an outside partner. Unfortunately, Joystar does not send replacement parts for missing pieces, which left me with no resolution. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I strongly recommend against purchasing from this company. Their lack of support and quality control is unacceptable, especially for the cost.
