Worst experience with Target ever!
The most dissapointed I've ever been in Target or a furniture purchase. We ordered this bed for our LO as a Christmas present. She was so excited. I read the reviews, prepared for about a two hour set up and was very excited about this purchase. Until my husband unpacked all of the materials and found that there was no instruction booklet. We took it upon ourselves to search Target, Joymor and the interent in hopes that we could find a manual out there. When nothing could be found we call into customer care. I called into the customer service number Target provided only to be hung up on the first time because the rep couldn't figure out how to answer the phone after a 10 minute wait. Secondly, I was told that Target doesn't deal with Target.com and that the rudest sales rep of all time who wouldn't even try to help us and then put me on mute after finally being such a perk that I lost my patience. We are lucky that my husband is amazing and put the bed together with the dimensions picture on your website. That being said, there were two pieces of the wood frame that were cracked out of the box and the lights don't work. Target had my LO in tears on Christmas because they sell garbage and provide no help or decency to stand by the garbage they sell. Shame on you, Joymor, and your absolutely terrible customer service rep. I'd avoid buying this bed. If my husband hadn't spent the time unpacking it, it would have been returned. Negative 25 stars. Will only shop Target now if I am desperate. Otherwise, I'll go out of my way to not give money to a company that doesn't respect or care for their customers at all. Keep worshipping that dollar bill
