I've been using these for 3 years. The only issue is use these where you have to, don't use on kitchen cabinets if you have handles you can use a different type that loops thru handles, these stick very well. They tear off finish of wood. I use them on upstairs windows cuz mu kid can open them. I stick one end of these on the window corner and the other on the sill. Apartments should have thought better about child safety and window locks, I also use this on our old fridge. I don't want them to break glass

SOLVED MY ISSUES
My toddler was driving me nuts with thinking he had full access to the fridge . The kid was very quick to pour milk all over himself when he wanted to be funny . After that incident it lead me to my research of this product . MIRACLE. It does wonders .

Pakcage came with unusable items
Wish I had tested these out months ago before my baby began exploring because they are not totally effective. Number 1, one of the straps came already locked in place so I couldn’t adjust it. 2, one of the straps didn’t have adhesive on one side so it’s completely unusable. The return window closed so I can’t even get a refund for this product. Don’t waste your money.

My Two-Year Old can open the strap
Bella (2) is not particularly physically coordinated but she can open the latch. Wasted money on the strap.

Baby proofing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jool safety straps are a must for baby proofing. My toddler gets into anything that’s not locked up or bolted down. These straps keep our cabinets closed without fear of him being able to open them. Also they are easy for us to open when we need to get into the cabinets.

The adhesive sticks really well to surfaces and there’s an adjustable snap system that cinches tight whether it’s on a cabinet or refrigerator. I highly recommend!

I think I bought those a year and half ago, works magically! The sticker are very strong and even only two months later my son knows how to open it, but it's hard to take those off though. Also because of its strong sticky, I reorder today, to secure my shoes closet to the wall in my porch. I don't need to drill or screw anything, easy!

They are so easy to use and can secure so many different things from our toddler. We love them. At first it was cute watching him stack the can goods lol but it got to the point that there were canned goods everywhere anytime of the day! These cabinet locks work amazing!!!
