LOVE this stroller. This is my 4th child and we had our kids very spread apart so we have gotten a new stroller each time, this was it for us! The ease of all the attachments and it rides so smooth.

Love love this stroller combo. Totally worth the money. It’s easy to assemble, the wheels are smooth and you don’t have to worry about the car seat or bassinet getting stuck when you take it off the hinges. Would recommend this again and again. Such great quality!

Unfortunately I had to return this item because the part that holds the wheel was bent. Very upsetting because this was a gift so now I’m shopping for a new stroller.

I’m missing pieces I’ve contacted the company Joie to see what they can do I don’t know how yall can help

First I would like to say this travel system is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It’s definitely gives Nuna vibes. However the functionality of the car seat and stroller is lacking. I recently had my third baby and it’s been 7 years since my last child so I knew a lot had chanced. I typically always bought Graco products but I wanted to choose something different this time. I spent months of researching and watching TikTok videos and this travel system received so much praise. But honestly the cons have made me regret my purchase. For the pros, the stroller rides really smooth. The car seat releases easily out of the car seat base. Which has been an issue for me with other car seats. The car seat is also lightweight. But the cons had me stressed to the max. My baby was 6 pounds at birth and never looked comfortable in the seat. For some reason he always looked slouched which had me concerned about his airways. He’s now 2 months old and it has improved slightly. Next con is the canopy does not shade my baby from the sun. In the car, he cries when the sun gets in his face. This is also a problem when the car seat is connected to the stroller. Every time we are outside, the sun is in his face and he can barely open his eyes. One of the cons for the stroller is the car seat is hard to click in. There are special attachments for the car seat to click into the stroller and you have to do it just right. The first time I tried, I didn’t click it in just right and the car seat got stuck. I was in a panic by myself with the baby struggling in a parking lot to get the car seat to unlatch. This was super stressful. Also folding and opening the stroller hasn’t been fun either. Sometimes it was easy and other times it was a nightmare. I will say with lots of practice, it’s finally getting better after 2 months. But I don’t feel like it should take all of that. Also, I don’t feel like the stroller will properly grow with my child into his toddler years. The bassinet attachment that comes with it converts into an upright seat but it seems like it wouldn’t hold a toddler for long especially in length. In conclusion, I really regret my purchase. This is my last baby and I feel like the travel system is lacking. These new travel systems are just more complicated than needed. For a first time mom who never experience a nice basic sturdy travel system like they made 7 and 10 years ago , then maybe this system isn’t too bad. It’s pretty and affordable. But for me I wish I would have stuck with my tried and true brand Graco or maybe gone with a Chico this time. I suggest trying a brand like that or maybe a car seat that converts to a stroller. Don’t let social media influence you only. Sometimes a basic travel system is all you need. I really wanted to like this system. But you live and you learn.

I really wanted to love this item! It’s so perfect! My only issue is the chemical smell!

We've been using this travel system since July and are pretty happy with the quality and value so far! The car seat is lightweight on its own and was easy to install. I like having the ability to click it into the frame for quick errands. As far as the stroller goes, having a lay flat mode was important for me, so we've been strolling in pramette mode since birth. Overall pros: easy to assemble, good quality, love the sturdy wheels and maneuverability, our diaper backpack fits easily on the bottom, very good break system! Cons: I wish the canopy was longer on both car seat and stroller, stroller is only folding in a specific setting (not from pramette mode) so it can be annoying to fold it, I'm taking the pramette off and fold the base at the moment, and I wish there was more padding for the pramette mode (I've added some layers for extra comfort). Overall it's a great product price/value wise.

Really wanted to like it but the way that the car seat detaches from the stroller is so annoying and impractical. The stroller practically falls every time you fold it or you risk your fingers getting squished if you hold it as it folds down.

after carefully researching dozens of stroller we decided to choose Joie, we were not too convinced at first because it is a newer brand and didn't have many reviews, but we're glad we chose this one. very lightweight but at the same time very sturdy. it definitely gives a feeling of premium materials, something i didn't like on the cheaper strollers was the plastic everywhere. easy to fold, versatile, just great. we're still using it as newborn, therefore i can only provide a feedback on the bassinet mode and the carseat which are both exceptional. definitely recommended
