More like a 2 and a half stars (I rounded up). I set this up my wife’s home office a couple of weeks ago and she has been loving it! Until the pump just stopped working. I haven’t reached out to customer service yet as this is a Sunday. I hope they are as good as advertised.

It is classic, modern, nice water flow noise.

Customer service is excellent but this product keeps falling short and I bought it on 4/20 for $107.95 (less than 20 days ago). As of today it has stopped working 4x in spite of replacing bulb, light fixture, transformer (adapter) and submersible pump more than once twice and three times depending on which parts. I love how it looks and it’s weight (heavy sturdy). I don’t fault lampsplus but who actually makes/owns those parts should really take a hard look and fix their cheaply made parts.

We sold our house with a fountain - I missed the fountain - this one is just WONDERUL! The pump is quiet, the water with the light glistening on it is steady. My husband runs his finger across the top where the water initially comes out each morning when we turn it on so you have water across the whole top (not the dry areas as in this picture). Really love that water has never splashe out of it even when I have had it very full. I do use distilled water as we have hard water in our area. I love collecting my own rocks and adding them around the base. One of my favorite things.

Sounds Exactly like the previews it’s beautiful wen lights hits the water ripples downward. I added glassy colorful rocks to it. Beautiful reflection.

I am pleasantly surprised at how natural this looks. The sound is soothing, perhaps a little loud for the small room I have it in.

Bought this for my granddaughter and she “loves” it!!
