Bottom bowl led light after 3 years. That can be expected. Trying to find a replacement is n ext to impossible. If someone from this forum can tell me where I can find a replacement would be very appreciated. It looks like you have to replace the wire connection also. Thank You!

Looks great, but complete disaster for maintaining water level. The design was not correctly thought thru in terms of water reuse with minimum to no water splashes. Thinking of draining it and leave it turned off. Needs 2-3 gallons every other day. Environmentally unfriendly!

Was a great fountain till someone stole it

We love our fountain. The detail is very clean and crisp. We placed the fountain in a corner of our front courtyard, so it's shielded from the wind and have had no significant issues with the wind. Would definitely recommend.

Cracked and leaked all water out within a month of having it.

Everyone who has seen it loves the way it looks. Some water does splash out so this should be considered if planning to use indoors. Also looks great at night . I added a solar spotlight for an even better night view.

It is a striking fountain and very easy to move and clean (at least compared to other fountains we have owned over the last 23 years). The lights work as described, and fter one season, the colors are still attractive but not as vibrant. The negative is based on the configuration of the bowls on the two pedestals. Any breeze causes the water from the upper bowl to spray out, missing the 2nd bowl, and the same applies to the 2nd and 3rd bowls. Consequently, filling the fountain to capacity is a daily necessity. I believe this design is only suitable in a very protected area like a covered deck, or perhaps where bushes at the back interrupt the air flow. I would not buy this fountain again.

Had the older model with the conventional lighting and it was great and looked great at night. The new model with the LED bulbs does not light up the unit well at all as the lights are installed 'under the bowl' rather than 'in' it. Disappointed with the new lights.

Beautiful and decent! Looks beautiful at night time with LED lights and water flow. In daylight it gives nice decor kind of look with no fountain on . Happy with the purchase.

Like it very much. It does use a lot of water though. Beautiful at night. Pump is hard to access due to length of tubing.

At first was worried may be damaged as the box had several rather large holes in outside of box all the way through to inside. I was very relieved that is was packaged so securely and well, there was no damage. I totally love this fountain. I had a resin rock waterfall previously but the elements in San Antonio TX( extreme heat and lots of 100 degree days) finally took its toll. I read the reviews before purchasing and decided to go with this one. So glad I did! Unlike some reviews stated, I have no splashing, and set the flow on the pump to middle range. The water flow is good and the sound relaxing. Easy to assemble except I had my husband looking for light bulbs and we finally figured out, it was the two inset round things already inserted in its location. I could not wait till evening to turn on and enjoy from our patio. My husband and I both feel asleep listening to the water and the luminated fountain. Course wine may have contributed. LOL I also wish the lights were on a separate control so they were not on all day if in use to save on them. However, we have an outlet and our electrician installed a switch so do not have to plug and unplug, just flip the switch. I highly recommend this. So it arrived Friday, put if up Saturday before temps hit 100 and have enjoyed it each night. I added some flowers around the sides and some rocks in front and it is really a vocal point. I will also add that the pump is very accessible and unlike our previous fountain, you do not have to take everything apart to get to the pump. As for reviews with concern for debris, we do not have ours where leaves, etc ,can get in. I may do what one person recommended and take a hanger and mold to fil the bottom of the bowls and sew on some screen to catch anything, including bugs that get in. I bought and added an algaecide and conditioner when we filled it. This am, I ordered a cover on line, that will help keep it pristine when not in use. I have not had a need to utilize customer service but with the fast shipment and delivery, accurate descriptions, and reviews, I am confident that if I encounter any needs Lamp Plus customer service will be there to help. I highly recommend this fountain and Lamp Plus.

Bought this fountain a few years ago . It is still running great and it has been outside on the pool deck all this time and still looks great

I love my beautiful fountain. It was easy to assemble. My only concern is that I have to add water regularly. I’m going to turn down the water pressure and see if it evaporates less.

We love it! Nice trickling sounds. You will need to clean it from time to time. Be careful not get anything in the pump. ??
