Love this fountain. Totally unique to what I've seen. I am putting it in my living room for the winter and will move it outside when it's warm so I can enjoy it year round!

This fountain is beautiful. We put it in our patio yesterday. Today, day 2, the basll is not spinning! very disappointed! Please help! we have the pump turned upon high, and plenty of water. Very nice water flow without the ball, ;but, the ball should spin! PLEASE HELP!!!

The featured sphere hardly rotates if at all. I called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done to improve the rotation. It was recommended by Lamps Plus customer service to coat it with petroleum jelly. That didn’t work. What is most frustrating is this fountain isn’t made in the country so your unable to contact the manufacturer. And now learning on the reviews the led can’t be replaced makes this purchase much more expensive then it’s worth. The fountain is beautiful and so I’d love to give a 5 star but it falls short.

Everything perfect on this fountain, I find even if fountains are not as tall as you really would, that is something you can easily fix by adding 3 16×16 landscaping bricks you can increase your height by at least another half a foot, and easy enough to make even taller. And then add potted plants around the base to cover up your ladder that you built. This is such a pretty fountain and noticeable from the street, and such a nice greeting to my front door. Or anywhere in the yard you would like! ?????

The fountain is extremely beautiful just as the pictures show, or better. It is very short for a floor fountain but to big and heavy to be a table fountain. If you are placing around couches or other larger objects it may be hidden. The light does not completely light the fountain up at night. You can see the ball turning but not a lot more without some other source of light. And it is more of a visual then a sound because while I prefer quiet fountains this are extremely quiet, this sounds like a tiny trickle as if a facet was barely left on. If you were to take the ball out it would have a louder bubbling sound. I'm happy I purchased it but still trying to figure out placement. your review here. It must be at least 25 characters long. Consider whether you would recommend this product and what you like or dislike about it.

I liked the figure but I was looking for a fountain with a louder water sound so I had to exchange it.

I noticed others make mention of the same problem and it appears by the answer that the lights cannot be replaced. While still very pretty during the day, you cannot see it at night. Mine has always been indoors, so elements are not the cause. Not being able to replace the lights does not make this fountain worth the price.
