Very difficult installation. Discovered one of the three light did not work because the connection was incomplete - of course after we got it up the first time. Directions are very poor - tells you to complete the electrical connection after you have screwed it to the ceiling? That's not possible. Center rod is too short to screw finial on with confidence that it won't fall off. The bottom of the finial - which is what you see looking up at the fixture when installed is ORANGE - nothing else on the light is that color. Hopefully with the led bulbs we installed we'll never have to take it apart again.

Not as pictured. Technically a good lamp it was much darker than pictured. Only the base and finial are bright...the rest looks black. Not good for interior hallway.

received our open box ceiling light. I was very happy to received it. There are no instructions to intstall and no screws to put it up. Very upset about that. Will be calling there office to find out for help.

Really like the look for my entry hall. Reason for 4 stars. Was extremely difficult to complete installation as the center rod is not long enough between the threading ends.

Poor instructions; difficult to install and inadequate parts. Light looks nice once installed.

Very disappointed. Cheaply made. When looking up at light can see the silver screws against the bronze background. Should have a cover over it or glass should be frosted so you can’t see through it. Arrived with chipped glass but customer service rep replaced it quickly at no charge. Company has very good customer service. Probably will return it and look for something of better quality.

Light was used in bedroom for a nautical look. Speckled glass added a nice touch very heavy duty.

I needed 2 nice low profile fixtures for my foyer. These replaced the builder grade “boob lights”. I have to say, they really bring the class! I love how the lighting reflects off the fixture giving dimension to the ceiling and walls. This was an excellent buy!

Appears to be well made. Throws off a unique beautiful circular light spray onto surrounding ceiling area.

The light arrived on time but the quality of the fixture in comparison to other products was much less than I expected. When I attempted to screw the bulbs in, 2 of 3 of the sockets broke even before the bulbs were half way in. Having to work a short time line, recognizing that I had used 2weeks waiting on the lamp, and recognizing that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to return and replace, I was forced to spend the better part of a day to source new sockets and rewire them on the lamp. The cheap, paper thin material in the sockets just doesn't get the job done. I rated at 2 stars because it arrived on time and I was finally able to get it to work.

light looks great in the middle of ny 12x12 room. i was worried about it being bright enough. Not to worry its on a dimmer switch and gives of plenty of light. it also takes led bulbs which is a big plus.

As you can see from the Customer Photo on the review page, this light is not the same as advertised. There are no cross pieces for the glob as shown on this review page. Can you get the pieces sent after the fact?

It's a very nice and well-made fixture that looks great when it's on. The problem is the cross bar that holds up the glass is finished with black polka dots that looks nothing like the photos in the item description. Hard to imagine what look anyone was going for with these polka dots that really leap out at you when the fixture is turned off.

The lamp selected is perfect for our outside entrance, providing enough light to make it safe.
