Bluetooth connectivity issues
I was pretty much happy with this mouse, I had an old Mac Mini for personal us, a Windows 11 laptop for work and an iPad, so idecided 2.4ghz, BT1 and BT2... so far so good.. then I upgraded my Mac Mini for a brand new mac book air which I connected via BT1 and my Windows 11 lap via 2.4 ghz, and noticed the mouse is now freezing randomly, and connects again after a few seconds, so far it has been impossible to determine what is happening, but idetifying a flickering in the Windows 11 Device Manager (as if there is a HW update) when the mouse freezes... I'm not sure how I broke this mouse.

Excellent multi device mouse
So far this mouse seems to be a more cost-effective replacement for the MX3. The criteria for a pointer I could use was multiple device capability and customizable buttons for either the OS as a whole or possibly specific apps. Upon realizing that I HAVE to use the USB dongle for the JLab Software I am somewhat disappointed as I could have bought a 720 Logitech that has a well-developed Options+ app. Lets find out if I only have to use the dongle to program the custom buttons.... AND IT DOES. JLab please do a better job clarifying that you only need to use the dongle to PROGRAM the custom buttons and once you revert back to Bluetooth the settings are in fact saved. Giving 4 stars due to lack of clarity regarding programable custom buttons.

Teething issues.
Just opened the box, turned it on, and paired it with my Mac on Bluetooth !. Mouse is working. Downloaded JLab Work. Icon for EpicMouse expands on hover, but nothing happens. No custom setup available. MacBook Pro 13 inch M1 2020 16GB 2T MacOS 14.5. Will also post in support.

Great for MMO gaming
Really liking it so far. The only downside I see is knurling on the mouse wheel, especially on the sides, is unnecessarily sharp. It's noticeably different than all my previous devices. I really like the little display screen, you know exactly what's going on with the mouse's status. I have long fingers and the mouse seems perfectly sized to me. Once I got the JLab Work program running it was easy to reprogram the buttons to suit my needs (MMO)

Awesome Mouse
Ergonomics is EPIC! Love that it is silent when you click it. Additional buttons make it a breeze to copy and paste using customizable buttons. Highly recommended,

Fantastic
This mouse is fantastic! Its customization options are brilliant and can save you a lot of time on tasks. Moreover, it has a sleek and stylish design that reminds you of something Batman would use in his cave. Plus, it's extremely comfortable and smooth to use. I would highly recommend it.

Good mouse but not meet my expectations
After 2 days of using it and not meeting my expectations, 4 years of using Logitech MX 3, 3S, I thought this mouse would pass the Logitech but after using it, did not. The LED screen is nice, but don't have a scroll wheel and thumb horizontal

So far, so good!
I've just set it up, and everything seems great so far! The only issue—not really a problem—is that I have small hands, so getting used to a larger mouse than usual is going to take some time.

Wheel Click Not Programmable
Is there any way to disable the wheel click. Very sensitive and triggers the App Switcher in MacOS constantly. Very Very annoying.

You'll want another
The Epic Mouse is an absolute game-changer! Its seamless blend of ergonomic design, functionality, and aesthetic appeal is unrivaled. Not only does it cater to the practical needs of users, but it also satisfies their inner geek with its sleek form and the captivating status screen that keeps you hooked all day long. What's truly remarkable is how it outperforms other brands that cost two to three times more, making them seem obsolete in comparison. Once you experience the Epic Mouse, there's simply no turning back – it's a revolution in the world of computer peripherals! Every Epic edition, ruins other brands for me. First it was the Epic Lab Buds, now...even the mouse on my desk...obliterated by JLab. My keyboards should start hiding.

Mediocre mouse with bad endurance and sensor.
I've had it for around three months, the mouse has already started to give me false clicks and is not fluent like other mice I've had such as the Logitech G502, and in general it feels too clunky and heavy with very little endurance to an average use. I've tested the refresh rate of the mouse and it gives me around 80-90 Hz, which at its price it should be around 1000-2000 Hz.

Do not purchase prior to reading this.
This JLAB Epic Wireless Mouse is very bad, I do some photo editing and copy pasting and the delay on dragging and how long it hold down clicks after they are released is genuinely insane for the cost.
