A: Always follow heating instructions. Instructions developed using an 1100 watt oven. Ovens vary; heat times may need to be adjusted. Keep frozen until ready to use. If additional time is needed, microwave 5-10 seconds until hot. 1. Remove wrapper, wrap in paper towel. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 80-90 seconds or until hot. 3. Let stand 1 minute. A: The Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissants can be prepared in the oven by following these directions: 1. Thaw sandwich completely. 2. Separate in half between the sausage and egg. 3. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350˚F for 20 minutes or until hot. Enjoy!

Sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches
Had not purchased these in years so, I bought a box and opened it today thinking I would have a good breakfast sandwich. I was surprised at the size of the sandwich and had to recheck the box as I thought I made a mistake and bought appetizers instead. A pack of four. I was disappointed with the shrinking portions. I had to heat two instead. The flavor is good. Quality is good, however you can’t expect one little sandwich to not leave a person hungry. This is wrong

Mechanically separated chicken in Jimmy Dean?
Always reach for Jimmy Dean sausage for breakfast and have purchased MANY boxes of these sausage, egg and cheese croissants....until....I discovered the "mechanically separated chicken" ingredient....What is up with that? The pork sausage is what I expected, not chicken. Will be looking for b-fast sandwiches that don't add chicken fillers, and "mechanically separated" just sounds gross. Please find your way back to your Jimmy Dean roots. If I want chicken, I'll buy chicken.

Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissant quality and flavo
Was disappointed in the Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissant. Wasn't much flavor. The egg had no salt, was flat. The sausage had no flavor, didn't even taste like sausage. It tasted like it had not of the sausage spices in it. It was just a piece of cooked pork, no flavor at all.The cheese started burning on the edges but still was not completely melted. Seemed like fake cheese. The croissant itself was heavy. It wasn't light and flaky like a croissant should be. Normally when I heat a croissant in the air-fryer or oven, its kinda flaky and light. This was like a piece of thicker bread. Yeah, disappointed spending the extra to get the name brand. The store brand was actually better.

Serving has dwindled to almost nothing
This now contains more bread and less meat and egg. The sausage patties is paper thin and egg is slightly thicker. This is quite the disappointment.

Cutting back ruins Quality

Shrinkage
We use to love these but the last box I bought contained markedly smaller sandwiches and the croissants are hard and not as flaky and flavorful. I’m so disappointed.

You changed everything & its not good. Packaging -changed, croissant changed- smaller, sausage different taste-not good egg just looks weird- no flavor at all.

Great to have on hand
I personally find the cheese to be gross. I remove and add whatever cheese I have on hand. If I don't have any, I go without. I also cook from thawed in the fridge. I found they cook more thoroughly.

I have to say this might be the worst sausage egg and cheese croissant I have ever eaten in my life. What’s up with the hard white grissle things in the sausage? Very very poor quality. I just ate my first and last Jimmy Deans sausage sandwich. Whole box went in the garbage. Last time I eat one of those.

The SEC croissants have really gone downhill over the years! We have been buying these for years. Not only have they decreased in size, price has gone up, and they have lost flavor over the years. They are now just BLAH! We're finished purchasing these!

Used to be good. Flavorless rubber now.
These used to be a go-to item for a quick breakfast. They have gone downhill hard and fast. The sausage has no flavor, and the sandwich has a rubbery texture. I'm not sure what they've changed, but these things are straight-up horrible now.

Disappointing
I bought these thinking they were going to be how I remembered. I was so wrong. As soon as I opened the package I was shocked. Little baby sized sandwiches. I popped one in following instructions. Which are off by the way. I don’t think I’ve ever had to the then cook my sandwich. That leads to overcooking. The top was a little hard and the egg was still cold. I only gave two stars because the flavor was good. I won’t get them again. I purchase all my sausage and bacon Jimmy Dean.
