Salty for sure…

After filling my home with the smell of bacon for Christmas breakfast, my son was ready to jump in. I found it very salty and he liked it. The amount of grease was excessive for thin slices but found it easier to crisp that way

Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made this bacon last night and it was delicious. You can taste the difference between a low sodium bacon and this applewood bacon. I enjoyed it very much and so did my kids. Would definitely buy more and try out different style of bacon. The crispy of the bacon was on point. It smelled delicious as always.

It seems more lean than other bacon we’ve had before, it has the perfect amount of hickory smoke and seems to be more meat than fat! After 20 minutes in the oven at 375 it did shrink up quite a bit but turned out amazingly crispy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the hickory smoked flavor! I had to do nothing extra to the bacon before cooking to get a unique flavor. It was easy to cook (we cooked in the oven) and was fresh. It’s a great value for what you pay and good quality.

Good taste but too thin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this bacon. The flavor was was good. It wasn't salty and it wasn't too sweet. I ate it on a toasted sandwich with eggs, and the flavor was present in every bite. My con with bacon was that the pieces were thinner than I expected. So if you cook them to long they'll instantly crumble into bacon bits. I cooked them until they were almost done and let them rest on a paper towel to crisp without overcooking. I think this bacon is best if you're putting on a sandwich or crumbling up into a salad, because again the taste and flavor is bold and good. They're not the best for just having pieces of bacon to pair with other breakfast items though.

Tasty Hickory smoked bacon
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never tried this Jimmy Dean bacon before.Just right amount of smokiness.Delicius ,crispy and tasty bacon.Great amount of meat on each strip of bacon.Not to salty. I fried it in a pan on the stove and it was easy and didn't splash grease all over.I made it very crispy .I did cut slices in a half so I can use it in a sandwich. It was perfect with eggs and pancakes.

Perfect fat to meat ratio with right amount of hic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good bacon. This bacon has the perfect fat to meat ratio that we all want and looks great on the plate. I prefer my bacon to be a little on the crispy side and Jimmy Dean cooks up nice and crispy without losing its tenderness and without a lot of fatty spots curling up and remaining soft like some other brands. The hickory smoke does not overwhelm the delicious pork flavor and the taste is what bacon lovers expect. Definitely my preferred brand of bacon.

Superb quality bacon
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would almost say that I’m a bacon snob. Jimmy Dean is in my top picks of bacon choices. The packaging is superb, easy to carry and doesn’t rip. The product minimally shrinks and curls but that’s obvious for any bacon product. Cooked at 425 degrees for 25 minutes in my oven is the perfect crispy bacon. My favorite topping in potato soup! Yum!
