Just Okay With Some Significant Flaws

Rug is soft and corners laid flat within a day. Color is overall more beige than pictured, and I can see where some reviewers felt the rug fibers moving in a certain direction almost give it a dirty appearance. The biggest issue, however, is there are several areas where dark fibers appear. I tried to wipe off what I thought was a clump of dirt and it is dark fibers. I tried to trim them and haven’t had any luck (they’d create a bald spot anyway). Probably 4 spots in total. I’m putting it under a bed, so they will conceal, but this wouldn’t work for the center of a room. I’m keeping it because returning a rug is a pain and this is replacing a new $400 safavieh rug that never stopped smelling, so I’m just glad to have a low pile rug that doesn’t stink, but overall, the quality of this rug is mediocre.
