Looks fine to me
I have no idea. This is part of a blood pressure lowering project, but nothing has worked yet for that. The bottle is nice, the capsules look clean and lovely. Other than that, I don't know.

I read that it you are borderline high cholesterol the Citrus Bergamot would help lower your cholesterol with out meds. I do not know if it is working yet because I have not had my cholesterol check yet.

Terrible extra ingredients: HYDROXYPROPYLMETHYLCELLULISE, WHY THIS IN such good product. It messed up the good product and I am allergic to this product. I tolarated by taking it together with ginger to stop couph.

My completedes, fractionated lipid profile has been excellent for years. I had to start taking Metoprolol.--a beta blcoker. One bad side effect of beta blockers is thqt they raise lipids--like really very badly--regardless of what you eat. 300 mg of pantethine twice a day before a meal and 500 mg of Bergamot one will lower your lipids amazingly andf they will be fantastic. You will shock your doctor (whicvh is alwaus fun) Pantathene lowers total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL. Bergamot lowers Triglycerides and raises HDL. The research on pantethine was done by Dr.Rumberger from Mayo Clinic who is now the director of Princeton Longevity in NJ. My total cholesterol is 156, trigs are about 70 ldl is about 80 and hdl is 49.

Didn't work for me
This product did not work for me as verified by blood tests. I was disappointed after taking it for 3 months but hopefully others will see a benefit.
