About the Author

Kazuo Kobayashi is the chairman of the International Origami Association and director of the Origami Kaikan Center, a workshop and gallery space in Tokyo. His mission is to pass on the traditional techniques and a love for origami paper folding. He organizes exhibitions and frequently lectures on origami and paper making techniques around the world.
