Unexpected Find

The Jade Harmony mat is excellent. I needed to replace my old Jade mat and was surprised it was available through Target. A Target Circle deal gave me great savings. I’m happy!

Perfect for HOT yoga - with a yoga towel!

I just had leave a review to counter the person who said this was the worst for hot yoga. This is an amazing mat to use *with* a yoga towel (like yogitoes or my fav, yoga rat). You can’t do hits yoga without a towel between you and a regular mat, so any expectation otherwise is way off base. And this mat in particular makes it so your towel doesn’t scrunch up or slip - it’s awesome. I bought another mat called “pro” and my towel got all bunched up during class - so I’m coming back to buy another Jade Harmony. Nothing else works quite as well!

What is the worst mat for HOT yoga!!

The grip on this was great when I was doing just regular yoga but I purchased it specifically because the reviews all said it was excellent for hot yoga but within two minutes of starting my class I was already slipping all over the place so unfortunately it’s going back. I don’t know how everyone said it was amazing because it is the most slippery mat I’ve ever used compared to even my cheap $15 mats.
