Horrible service
I was emailed that the item was ready for pick up at a store 26 miles away. I got there and they said that I had canceled the order, I had not. But, I ordered it again and hung out waiting , two hours later I received a message that the item was unavailable. A waste of half a day on a weekend with much to do.

A Diaster Diverted
My Christmas tree fell because of a scrappy stand. I couldn't find anywhere that had tree stands! Target saved the day and sent be a tree stand just in time. The stand was only $14, and proves to be the best one I ever had!

this said for 6 ft tree. we got exactly 6 ft because it was the cheapest at the farm. around the base the screws screw into the trunk. they are too short to reach the trunk of the tree. maybe the tree needs a fat base. idk.

Worst stand ever! Do not buy this crap!
This was the worst product I have ever bought! The bolts did not fit into the plastic slots and when I tried to forgo the bolts and just screw the hooks into the plastic - they would not screw in. The holes were too small for the screws - it was terrible! But I had to use it because I bought it on the way home after getting the tree and I had two littles very excited to finally put up their tree. I had to use a screwdriver, knife, and a pair of scissors to shred up the plastic to get the bolts in so the screw could actually go in…..just about lost a finger!!! It was terrible! I never leave reviews but dealing with this stand was a nightmare! DO NOT BUY!

Anything that requires metal being screwed into plastic is bound to not last very long. I knew this going into it, but I wanted a cheap, quick, convenient set up for a tree this year without having to commit to a more expensive stand. This did not meet basic standards. The screws are hit or miss. One screw that mine came with was stripped and did not fit the provided nuts. The plastic that you screw into is not very heavy-duty, so it became weakened after a few turns of the screw, leaving that part of the stand non-functional and making my tree lean. I'm hoping she doesn't fall over!
