First of all, I am picky about my hummus. I hesitate to say it because I'm afraid it will sell out and I won't get any, but his hummus is amazing! Perfect balance of flavors and perfect texture. I love it so much! Please never change the recipe.

It is the perfect hummus. Fight me. As someone who has trouble eating, this hummus is smooth, with vibrant yet simple flavor and easy to keep down. It helps encourage me to eat veggies instead of depending on breads, crackers and ginger ale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the texture of this hummus: nice and thick. Great flavor profile. I tried it with both vegetables and pretzel thins. I definitely preferred it with the thins better for some reason. The container kept it fresh longer than some flimsy ones, but wish there was a little more- ate it in one sitting!

The best hummus!
I love this delicious and clean ingredient hummus! It is the only one I will buy now, with perfectly creamy chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil, and a little kick from the pepper. This hummus goes with everything -- I love it on raw veggies, salads, and naan. I highly recommend this perfect hummus!

Suprisngly better than expected.
I initially bought this product mainly because it’s made with olive oil instead of vegetable oils. I also love this company and use their cooking oils. The product tasted really good and reminded me of the authentic Mediterranean hummus I used to eat as a kid. I wish this company would make it more affordable, and I’m sure their sales would increase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly try and name a better girl dinner? Ithaca x Graza olive oil and sea salt hummus is the perfect pairing for your crudite. I love the smooth texture and hint of salt. The packaging is perfectly size to just slide right on to the plate, there’s no need to put it in a serving dish. I opened it and went back for seconds a week later and it still tasted fresh.

There is no bitterness like the other brands and the texture is also good. It’s more expensive than the other brands. The packaging is nice and different from the round tubes.

Healthy snacking

It is the perfect size for on the go for a beach day or picnic if you want to do that sort of thing. I love that the ingredients are clean and simple. The size(10 ounces) and weight are perfect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shockingly surprised with how good this hummus graza flavor taste! Olive and sea salt taste pairs perfectly with wheat crackers with no aftertaste. This hummus could easily be paired with every vegetable (carrots, celery, snap peas, radishes, cucumbers….) I will say that if you do not like olives, you will not like this ! The only thing missing during this taste test is more olives :) and cracked pepper. The sea salt is barely noticed. Ithaca hummus is made with real ingredients, which is always something I look for when purchasing food.
