I add it to my electrolyte drinks and my green powder drinks and there's been no change to taste or texture. My body feels overall better when I take it, especially noticeable with less bloating or dogestive crankiness. I didn't drink it for three days and my body felt sluggish. I really like this and will continue using it because I like how it makes me feel better.

I do is the package included a scoop for easy measuring because that would have been more convenient. The consistency blended well with my water and it was not chalky at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This definitely has not taste to it or scent. But what I absolutely do not like is that this will not mix properly. I put this in a water bottle and as you can see from the pictures the powder clumps up into tiny balls. Then it will settle at the bottom. I sat and tried to mix this for 5 minutes and it still did not mix. It says not to use hot water so I made sure not to do that and says you can use cool beverage. I also tried mixing this using my small electric mixer and that seem to help some. But for me it is the chunky clumps and sandy texture this gives that I just cannot handle. Made me feel thirsty and dry mouthed. I have tried this several times but I do not think I can handle using this in my beverages. I am going to try this in a yogurt bowl to see if that would possibly be better. I did have an upset stomach after but it could be the lactose in this. I usually like lactose free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a well done colostrum supplement, no weird flavor and multiple ways to use it. I tried this out for multiple days before I decided to review and here are my thoughts. I know people who can dry scoop colostrum because they enjoy the taste of milk and often drink glasses of milk by itself. I am not one of those people, not only am I lactose intolerant but I do not enjoy the taste of milk alone. So for me mixing it with a liquid like water or milk wasn’t my jam, BUT mixing it into my yogurt bowl is! It blends seamless without altering any of the flavor of the yogurt itself or my mix ins. The texture blended well with my Greek yogurt and I haven’t experienced any sandy ness or gritty texture. I can not attest to the effectiveness yet as I think I need to use it up for me to be able to give any definitive answers on that but I do think it’s helped a bit with my bloating. Lastly the reason for the 4 stars is due to the lack of scoop, I’m not sure it this is supposed to come with one but I think a premeasured scoop is always beneficial because I feel like I can get too much or too little with a spoon. And because I find that with cold liquids it takes a long time to blend. You cannot blend it with hot liquids as well which sucks but I won’t knock any points for that.

This is something I also have problems with. After roughly 2 weeks of consistent use, I noticed a reduction of bloating. I guess it works as intended. As far as the physical product, it comes in a small jar. It’s odorless and has a chalky texture. I mix it with a protein shake in a blender and don’t notice it. I do wish it came with a measuring spoon. Overall, I recommend it. It works.
